How do I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab on our website and type in your full name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as attending.
Question
When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP by the 1st of December, 2025. Anyone who hasn't responded by then we will sadly assume can't make it and will be marked as not attending. We will be sending final numbers to our vendors following this deadline so please RSVP on time!

Is there a dress code?
Answer

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There is a designated parking lot with plenty of spots at the venue.

Will transport be provided?
Answer
We will be organising a shuttle bus from Healesville town centre once to transport guests to the venue (3pm) and once back at the end of the evening (11pm). You will need to let us know when you RSVP if you wish to be allocated a spot on the bus. Alternatively, you can pre-book an Uber or taxi. For those who have requested a seat on the bus, detailed information regarding pick up location and departure times will be sent to you closer to the event date.

What time does the ceremony start?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 3:45pm, so we kindly request you arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure you don't miss anything. If you would like to have time for welcome drinks we recommend arriving at 3pm.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (strictly no phones or cameras). We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!

Can I come to the ceremony only?
Answer
Yes! We understand that guests with little ones or work the next day might not be able to spend the whole evening with us. Please RSVP to the ceremony only if you won't be able to stay for the full event, this way we can give the venue accurate final reception numbers.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only event (18+) to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the celebrations. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unfortunately not - we are restricted with how many guests we can have and would also love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for your understanding!

I have dietary requirements, can I make a special request?
Answer
When you RSVP for the reception there will be a prompt asking for any dietaries or allergies.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes - drinks are on us all evening!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?
Answer
The ceremony and the reception will both be indoors.
