Is there parking at the venue ?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking both self park and valet

What is the weather like in August ?

Answer

We are expecting beautiful weather around 70/80 degrees during the day with plenty of sun. Since we are near the mountains, we recommend bringing light layers for a the evening time.

What will happen if it rains ?

Answer

We have plan B to move the ceremony inside if it rains. We will message all guests ahead of time if we expect to move the location

What type of venue is it ?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside in the garden of the venue. The reception will be inside the barn. There is both AC and heating. Both inside and outside are accessible/ ADI compliant.

I have a food allergy, are their accommodations?

Answer

Yes! We have vegetarian and gluten free options and no nuts are in any dishes —we specifically requested to have nothing made with common allergens. If you primarily eat kosher/halal , there will be fish and vegetarian options. Please add a comment in your RSVP of your specific allergy.

What type of dinner are we having ?

Answer

Dinner will be served family style at each table. Bar will include water, tea, coffee, soda, and local beer & wine

How far is the airport from the venue ?

Answer

SEA (Sea-Tac) airport is not located near the city. To the venue it is about 1 hour To downtown Seattle it is about 20-30 minutes. Uber averages about $60+ We recommend booking a shuttle which we can help coordinate or renting a car

Are there late night eats post the wedding ?

Answer

There are super limited late night places. We highly suggest to get any snacks and meals before hand

Where do we stay?

Answer

We highly recommend staying in the lodges on site. Next best options are airbnbs and the hotels in the next nearest city (20 mins+ away). Check out our hotel room block info in our accommodation tab

What food options are around ?

Answer

For those staying with us in the lodges, there are limited food options, late night, or Uber eats immediately near the venue since we are in a rural area. We will be providing snacks and meals, but if you are wanting something in particular, we highly encourage to visit the nearest city beforehand to make sure you have what you need.
