Flight
The closest major airport is Pittsburgh (PIT), which is about ~2 hrs drive from the venue. For those local to the DC area, it's about a ~4 hr drive (including from BWI for anyone flying there). Car rentals are of course available there.
Flight
For those feeling aerially adventurous, there is a small regional airport very close to the venue. It is served by Southern Airways Express, and you can connect to it from Pittsburgh or Dulles. They fly small planes (10-15 seats normally) and are generally a delight, although neither of us has flown with them while also connecting with other airlines, so your mileage may vary on that front. Car rentals should be available there as well.
Travel Note
There are several additional decent hotels in the area and no major sporting events at Penn State that weekend, so availability should be pretty open if you wish to book separately from the main hotel. The zip code to search for the venue is 15824, or if you want to stay in the nearby town of DuBois, the zip code is 15801. There are a good number of Airbnb and Vrbo rentals, particularly in the nearby gated community of Treasure Lake. We also have a limited number of camping spots available at the venue, so if any of you are interested in camping out the night of the wedding itself, please let us know. There are spots available for tents as well as some Adirondack platforms and a couple of primitive cabins. Camping is free, and there is running water and a shower house.
