What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be promptly at 5:00 pm CST. We kindly ask that all of our guests make arrangements to arrive at Hermitage Golf Course no later than 4:45 pm. If a sporting event is in extra innings or overtime, we get it, but Alex will likely have it on before the ceremony starts, so get your butt to Hermitage and watch it there!

When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than May 1, 2024. It takes 2 minutes digitally. You got this!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in semi-formal attire. Our ceremony will be held outdoors in a grassy garden space. For men, we suggest a lightweight suit, sport coat, or collared shirt and dress pants (tie optional). For women, dresses or dressier jumpsuits are great.

Are children welcome?

Respectfully, we have chosen to make our wedding day child-free. Please take the opportunity to have a date night at our adults-only event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available onsite at the Hermitage Golf Course. Rideshare options (Uber and Lyft) are available in the area as well. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We kindly ask our guests to not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please share your food allergy and/or dietary restrictions with us when you RSVP. You WILL have food and dessert available as long as you tell us!
