Dates: May 22–25 Room Type: Double Queen Beds Rate: $119/night There is no maximum occupancy per room, however they only provide bedding for two beds only. We recommend coordinating with others to share rooms, rental cars, and book flights early. AirBnb’s are another great option, but the Hilton is the most convenient option if you are considering booking at a hotel! Arrive May 23 or the morning of May 24 to prepare. The reception ends at 10:30pm—plan return flights for May 25. Both DFW and Love Field airports are 1.5–2 hours from the venue. Let us know if you need help with transportation/arranging your stay!

Rental Car Services

We recommend Fox Rent A Car for those under 21, as other rental services tend to be better suited for those over 21 or 25. If you’re able to manage everything except getting to and from the airport, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to arrange transportation for you. The sooner we know, the easier it will be to coordinate picking up multiple guests at once, especially with many of the wedding party flying in. Since a lot of people will be renting vehicles, we’re happy to help arrange a carpool system to and from the venue or set up drop-offs, especially if you’re familiar with other guests. We just want to mention that while we’ll do our best to help with transportation coordination, we may not be able to handle all the details, but we’re happy to assist however we can!
