A sangeet ceremony is a traditional Punjabi/North Indian pre-wedding ceremony involving lots of festive dancing and celebratory songs. This event is designed to bring friends and families together and create a festive atmosphere to kick off the wedding week!

Traditional Punjabi Attire in softer pastels or florals. Please do not wear red. Dress conservatively, with your legs and head covered and please remove your shoes upon entrance at the Gurdwara.

The traditional and sacred Sikh wedding ceremony, meaning "Blissful Union," which celebrates the spiritual union of two souls in the presence of the Guru Granth Sahib, Sikh scripture, and the congregation at a Gurdwara, or temple.
