Bride
Blessed to have these amazing, wonderful, incredible ladies by my side as I marry the love of my life. Excited to marry that guy --->

Mehak, you are beautiful, thoughtful and loving, and I'm excited to spend the rest of my life with you. #HusDiMehak To my brothers, I'm beyond grateful for the relationship I have with each one of you. One way or another, each of you played a role in shaping the person (jury is still out on whether good or bad) I am today. I'm excited to share our special day with all of you.
Maid of Honor
I vividly remember the nurse’s exclamation to 5 yo Mehak “Congratulations, it’s a crazy goofball you’ll call your ultimate lifelong bestie!” Someone make her a fortune teller because she nailed it. We can talk for hours about everything or sit in silence eating chips in the dark. Mehak is thoughtful, funny, genuine, trustworthy, responsible, just the right touch of rebellious, smart, hardworking, reliable, I could go on forever, there aren’t enough words to encapsulate all she is. From spontaneous adventures, running mundane errands and experiencing life together, I always remember appa right beside me. Here’s to a new chapter titled “Rehmat & Mehak & now also Husnain is there.” Love them both, can’t wait to officially be one big happy family navigating through this thing we call life.
Best Man
Husnain is my older (shorter) brother aka my second dad 🙃 but without him I don't know who would tie my tie or help me tuck in my dress shirt. He has a huge heart that puts others first and I couldn’t have asked for a better older brother!

“Hi, is it okay if I sit here?” I would have never guessed that asking this question on a crowded middle school bus would lead to a life long friendship. Over the past 15 years we have shared countless memories. From trips to feed our Starbucks addiction to celebrating birthdays, graduations, and every milestone in between. I have always said that you are the most generous and selfless person I know and that I wouldn't be the woman I am today without your influence. I am forever thankful for our friendship that has grown into a sisterhood that I know will last a lifetime. Now to add to the list of memories I get to witness you and Hus become one. I know you two will share a lifetime of happiness together and I can’t wait to see what God has planned for your future.

I reluctantly met Husnain on the bus in 9th grade after one of our friends introduced me. Shortly after I stopped talking to that friend and became best buds with Husnain.

It all started back in 2007 in geometry class. I always carried around my twilight book and I remember Mehak coming up to me and asking me something about the book. We started talking about how much we hated geometry and about Twilight and then Harry Potter and decided we were cool enough to become friends. We’ve stuck together through all the awkward growing up phases and I can’t imagine what I would have done without her there. There have been so many trying situations but we’ve always remained true sister friends. I’m so happy that you’ve found Hus as your best friend to share the rest of your life with. You two are perfect for each other and I’m so honored to be able to celebrate your special moment and will always wish you two nothing but happiness and blessings in your marriage.

I met Husnain through my brother in the neighborhood we grew up in. Ever since then we have been great friends. From playing basketball at the park, basement chilling and going to college together, we have been through it all. Two Bot 4L!

Mehak and I met back in the old days at our local Masjid, Masjid Al-Hedaya. I’m pretty sure one of our first conversations ever was about our mutual obsession over twilight, circa 2008, don’t judge us. 😂 Shortly after that we became close, shared secrets, sleepovers, nights at concerts, best friend break-ups, good news and bad, Ramadan, Eid, venting sessions and so many heartfelt conversations about our lives. One thing I’ve learned about Mehak is that her heart will make yours warm and her laugh will lift the room, what a gem she is. I always asked my mom for an older sister, and Allah made sure I’d meet her in his very home. ❤️

I've known Hus since college. I remember there was a blizzard back in 2010, and we all ended up having 6 days off from school. We pretty much lived together that week and it was the beginning of an amazing friendship!

We met at masjid and clicked from the get go Alhamdulilah. Over the years our relationship has gotten stronger no matter how much distance or lack of communication there was. I consider our relationship to be one full of support, love, and trust. You are like a sister to me and can’t imagine my life without you in it. ❤️

Husnain and I first met and became friends in high school. We became close friends in college through many late nights of studying and scholarship. We've had some great conversations over the years, and once in a while Husnain even makes a coherent point. Keep climbing the steps my friend.

Mehak and I have been friends since 2014 — we were obviously destined to be BFFs since our names are literally one letter different! We decided to share something so special together and create our website SpillTheChai.com with love and faith. It truly brought us so much closer. Even though I live in New York, distance never impeded on our relationship. Mehak is a sister to me. Our souls are connected in a way that‘s unexplainable. She has been there for me through so many pivotal points and I know I can trust her with anything. She has (unknowingly) taught me to be a better, kinder, stronger person and is the epitome of a true friend. I couldn’t be happier for her and she’s literally about to be the most stunning bride ever! I cannot wait tocelebrate her love & happiness insha’Allah!

Husnain and I met in 2005. We grew up in the same neighborhood and went to high school and college together. He stood by me on my wedding day and I'm excited to do the same for him. Good luck Mehak, he's your problem now!

We’ve only known each other for about 2 years but it feels like a life time! Whenever I’d go to Atlanta, we’d meet up for catch up sessions and have the best time chatting away. Our friendship grew stronger and deeper over the years. I had always felt the absence of a best friend growing up, but Mehak filled in that void for me ♥️ I’m so thankful God felt the need to place this beautiful soul in my life. I will forever cherish our friendship!

Husnain and I have been close friends since freshman year of college, where we first met as neighbors in Sutherland Hall. He introduced me to Pittsburgh and I taught him how to take a beating in Madden. Our friendship evolved into brotherhood. Proud of you, big!

Mehak and I became randomly added each other on social media and occasionally replied to each other’s stories on Instagram. The more we talked the more apparent it became that we had so much in common. Always joking around about stupid stuff, sharing outfit inspiration pics and makeup looks, opening up with our personal experiences, we slowly built a genuine friendship. The first time we met we hit it off immediately and got along so well with all of my closest friends that you would never think that we were meeting for the first time! Mehak has such a sincere kind heart. What I love most about her is her innocence and how kind and pure her intentions are. I am so grateful that God crossed our paths together and I am so thankful that she is now someone I consider one of my closest friends.

The first night I met Hus he coerced me and two other guys to take our shirts off. It was nice. Hus bought me dinner on the first night I met him, well he bought 3 men dinner at the same time. He was trying too hard. Friends, then roommates, then brothers...my other half. A codependent bromance if there ever was one ❤️
