When should I RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP on or before September 15, 2019.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Gowns are welcome, and so are suits, slacks or cocktail dresses.

Is there transportation to and from hotels and the reception?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided to and from Greystone (the reception hall) and the Courtyard by Marriott Akron Downtown (hotel).

We're driving. Where can we park at Greystone?

Answer

Free parking is available in the City of Akron parking deck across the street. The deck is open 24 hours. If you plan to leave your car overnight we suggest parking on the first floor. There is a map and additional details on the travel notes page.
