When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will be sending formal invites out this spring. Please plan to e-RSVP on this website by July 13th!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block at the Grand Geneva (where our events will be held) that's available now for reservations! There's more information on the 'Travel' page.

Question

Do you know when check-in is?

Answer

Grand Geneva check-in is 4p and they often can't accommodate early check-ins. If you need extra time, please consider getting ready before arriving, coordinating with someone checking-in Friday, or using the Grand Geneva's Spa (across from the main lobby) to finish getting ready. The hotel can hold luggage if your room isn't ready!

Is there parking at the Grand Geneva?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking, as well as a valet, at the Grand Geneva and a free trolley that runs around the campus.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will start the ceremony at 5:00 PM so please plan to arrive by 4:40 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code for the weekend is listed on our 'Events' page. Be sure to pack your dancing shoes!

Can I bring a date?

If your formal invitation was addressed 'with a guest,' please feel welcome to bring someone special!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all of your kids but unless your formal invitation said 'and family' - please plan for an adults night out!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY. Please let us know in your RSVP of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will be serving a family style meal and just need to know in advance!

Are there other events I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We cannot wait for all of our loved ones to be in one place and are planning additional events throughout the weekend. Check out the 'Events' tab for more information!

Question

Is anyone planning to carpool from the airport?

Answer

Feel free to let Meghan know if you're hoping to car pool (or offering to help others). Cars won't be necessary once you're at the Grand Geneva so I'll do my best to help coordinate! Priceline/Expedia often result in great rates from the airport as well.
