We’re getting married!

Meghan and Alexis met in March of 2016 at a mutual friend’s house in Hamden, CT. Alexis was a senior visiting from the University of Vermont and Meg was in her junior year at Quinnipiac University. There was an instant spark and an immediate, incredibly powerful connection. They never even introduced themselves to each other because upon meeting, it felt like they had known each other forever. Meghan also connected immediately with Alexis’ 1 year old mutt, Cash. Even though the timing wasn’t right at the moment, the person was, and Meghan and Alexis reconnected several months later, discovering that spark never left. After managing to see each other every weekend during their long distance phase, first from Seattle to CT, then from CT to Boston, they are now living together in Waltham, MA with their “child,” a now 6 year old Cash. Meghan proposed to Alexis on December 28, 2018 surrounded by family at her favorite brewery in her favorite place, Burlington VT.
