We love Traverse City and the surrounding areas! If you have time, we would highly recommend exploring around!
Traverse City offers an incredible mix of restaurants, art galleries, and boutique shops. The beautiful Grand Traverse Bay is lined with beaches and always has fun boat tours and water sport rentals. Be sure to check out some of our favorite spots in TC below!
If you have access to a car, we recommend venturing out to some of the nearby towns. Suttons Bay and Northport, both located along Grand Traverse Bay, are home to cozy restaurants and shops.
Leland, a small town on Lake Michigan's coast, is famous for its historic Fishtown, where you’ll find fresh-caught fish and stunning waterfront views.
For breathtaking scenery, head to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore near Glen Arbor. The dunes offer picturesque views of Lake Michigan and fantastic hiking opportunities. And if you're in the mood for a sweet treat after, stop by the Cherry Republic headquarters nearby!
