Schedule & Food Info
Immediately following the ceremony, we will have cocktail hour from 6-7pm. There will be an open bar during cocktail hour and after dinner.
Before dinner, we will have butlers passing out several hors d'oeuvre options: shrimp mousse tartlets, chipotle chicken bites, and ricotta proscuitto honeycomb pieces.
During dinner, all entree options will be served with a baby greens salad and a side of asparagus with roasted red peppers and smashed potatoes. There will also be Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc available during dinner.
After dinner, we will cut the cake and have it served for everyone. There will be a coffee and tea station to accompany the cake, as well as a make your own ice cream sandwich station with chocolate and vanilla ice cream, with as chocolate chip, sugar, and macadamia nut cookies to pair with your ice cream.
Finally, when the night is winding down, we will have a late night warm pretzel station, with salted soft pretzels and several topping options.
