FAQ

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Unless your child has been specifically invited, please make appropriate arrangements for childcare.

Question

What precautions are being taken at the wedding to decrease the risk of exposure to COVID? Part 1

Answer

-To reduce social contact, we have decided not to offer valet parking. Instead, the parking lots across the street from Apiary will be marked with signs and available to us. -Before you enter the front gate, you will have your temperature taken. If you have a temperature over 100 degrees F, you may be asked to leave. If you do not feel well, as much as we want you to come, we ask that you please stay home and take care of yourself. -Once on property, we ask that you wear a mask at all times. Feel free to remove your mask for the after ceremony cocktails, and while seated at your dinner table. If you do not have a mask, we are happy to provide one for you! Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue. -The wedding ceremony will be held outside under a large tent on Apiary’s terrace. Everyone will be seated six feet apart, unless you are attending as part of a pre-documented family unit who has quarrantined together. The ceremony will be short and sweet.

Question

What precautions are being taken at the wedding to decrease the risk of exposure to COVID? Part 2

Answer

-Following the ceremony, you will navigate to the gardens for a celebratory drink while the Orangerie is being prepared for dinner. -Once the Orangerie is prepared, you will be invited inside to locate your table number on our seating chart, and then take your seat. While seated, please feel free to remove your mask. Enjoy a curated 5 course meal prepared by Apiary’s culinary team. Please wear your mask anytime you get up to move around the venue. - Each table will have a personal butler for the evening. All cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages will be ordered from your table. A detailed list of spirits, including the bride and groom's signature drinks, will be available to you. Bottles of red and white wine, as well as water, will be placed on your dining table. - Music and dancing will follow dinner, but with a small dance floor to minimize crowd size. We ask that you wear a mask if you choose to gather on the dance floor. Dancing around your table is an option we recommend!
