When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 6th!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm, so please arrive about 30 minutes prior!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to dress their best for our big day! There is no official dress code, but we are thinking, Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses. Remember to bring a shawl or light jacket to accommodate changing temperatures.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors!

Is everything in the same location?

Answer

Yes! The venue is Aldea Weddings in the Woods, and the address is 1080 Mountainaire Rd, Flagstaff, AZ 86005

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a main open parking lot once you arrive at the venue.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We ask that you be present for our ceremony and refrain from taking out your phone or cameras. We will have a wonderful photographer and videographer to capture all of our special moments!

Flagstaff, Arizona, is located at an elevation of around 7,000 feet. That being said, we want everyone to feel their best! Please stay hydrated and even wear sunscreen! Fun fact about higher altitude=lower alcohol tolerance.
