Who: Inn Guests Where: In the Barn Attire: Sophisticated evening wear, not formal gowns. Maybe a little sparkle? The rehearsal dinner is open to guests staying at Bear Mountain Inn on Thursday evening.
Friday, December 4, 2026
Optional Morning Hike
9:00 am - 11:00 am
Who: Everyone For our guests staying at the Inn throughout the weekend, or anyone who likes arriving early, we will be hiking on Friday morning, weather permitting. Location TBD.
Ceremony
4:30 pm
Who: Everyone Attire: Warm-al. Warm and formal. Show off your big coats, patterned scarves, pompom hats. Think less Christmas, more Winter. Steer clear of dark red. Other jewel tones are highly encouraged. (The event is indoors)
Cocktail Hour and Dinner
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served immediately following the ceremony and lead into a family-style dinner. Find your seats and make sure you've got a straight shot to the dance floor.
Reception
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Dance Party! Music, dancing, desserts, coffee/tea, late-night snacks. Raucous festivities will take place until 9pm, at which time you will be promptly asked to make your way safely home as the venue (and Sara) require the party to end at a reasonable hour.

Morning After Coffee/Brunch
9:00 am - 11:00 am
Who: Everyone Attire: Casual & Comfy. Today is the day for your Bean Boots and your "Maine" sweatshirts. If you're still around, join us for one last breakfast at the Inn! We will be there between 9-10:30 for coffee and eats. Come and stay a while, stop by on your way out of town, or grab a coffee and run.
