The Meet Up (Wedding Day)

Southwest Cocktail Attire - Dressy with a relaxed, desert-inspired feel. Slacks or dark, well-fitted jeans are welcome with a button down or blazer. Dresses, jumpsuits, and boots or block heels encouraged. Please avoid very casual attire (no t-shirts, shorts, flip flops).
Parking for the venue is located on the south side of the Chilleen’s main restaurant, accessed via the path on the west side of the building. Once you arrive, feel free to take a moment to settle in, find your seat, and get comfortable as we prepare to kick off the day’s ride. Guests are welcome to begin being seated for the ceremony at 4:00 PM. The ceremony is set to begin at 4:30 PM. This is the moment where everything officially comes together, and we’re so grateful to share it with each of you.
Kickstands Up (Ceremony)
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
You may hear a couple of motorcycle-inspired phrases throughout the day that are meaningful to us, and we wanted to share them so everyone feels in the loop and part of the ride. The first one you saw was “Meet Up.” Just as it sounds, a meet up is where the journey begins—when everyone gathers before heading out together. For us, it represents how our story started: the people, places, and moments that brought us together before this next chapter. The second is “KSU” (Kickstands Up). This is the moment riders officially set off together. It signals the start of the ride ahead. For us, it represents this ceremony—where we’re not just gathering, but officially beginning our life and journey together. So when you hear “Meet Up” or “KSU” today, just know it’s our way of weaving a little bit of our world into the celebration—and inviting you to be part of the ride with us from start to finish.
The Ride (Reception)
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We’re so excited to ride into this celebration with you! The evening will kick off with a 1-hour cocktail hour so everyone can mingle, grab a drink, and get the engines warmed up before the main ride begins. Take this time to catch up, settle in, and enjoy the moment as we get ready for the night ahead.
