Popular area for beautiful views of the James River and downtown Richmond. Take a stroll across the river on the suspension foot bridge if you’re looking for an outdoor adventure.

Belle Isle / Brown’s Island

Well known shopping and food district in RVA! Stop into the many boutique shops, grab a bite at any of the several amazing restaurants, or catch a flick at the historic Byrd Theatre.

Carytown

Famous, historic cemetery with incredible James River views (it’s not creepy, we promise). Fun fact, two U.S. presidents are buried here!

Hollywood Cemetery

One of our favorite restaurants, and a great destination for Jewish deli and brunch food. It gets pretty busy and they don’t take reservations, but the wait is well worth it.

Perly's

This is our favorite coffee shop in town! Other good coffee options include, Lamplighter, Ironclad, and Blanchards.

Rostov's Coffee & Tea

If you know Meghan, you know she loves ice cream. This is THE BEST ice cream. Ever. Seriously. Other great options include, Gelati Celesti, Bev’s, and Scoops.
