We can’t wait to savor this special time with all of you. After our rehearsal dinner on Thursday, we’d love to keep the joy going with an evening together at the hotel lobby's lounge (Saverina) or the hotel's rooftop bar (Halo). We won't have a reservation or formal itinerary — come & and go as you please. Food and drinks will be available for you to purchase at your leisure—we simply wanted to find a place for everyone to gather and for us to have more quality time with everyone.
4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
This dress code is cocktail to formal. Choose as desired. See the FAQ section for more information.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
If you don't wish to drive or Uber, we will have a shuttle provided to & from the venue. The shuttle will be picking up guests at the Kimpton Claret Hotel's lobby at 4pm to arrive at the venue by 4:30pm. Guests may explore the venue's premises & are encouraged to participate in the "welcome festivities" between 4:30-5:00pm.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Hors d'oeuvres & beverages will be served while you take sunset photos, dance to live music, and mingle with others!
6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Dinner & Speeches
8:30 pm - 10:45 pm
Cake cutting, loved-one dances, and one big dance party! The shuttle will be arriving at 10:45pm to take guests back to the Kimpton Claret Hotel.
12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Between 12-4pm, we plan to brewery/bar hop around the RiNo district. We plan to end the day at the Stanley Marketplace between 4-8pm. Come & go as you please. Specific times & places will be determined as the day goes on.
