When should I RSVP by?

What is the attire?

Answer

Attire is formal. Dresses can be midi to floor length. Jumpsuits and suits and ties are also appropriate options. The bridesmaids will be wearing a light purple if you would like to avoid matching.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start promptly at 6pm, please plan to arrive between 5:30pm and 5:50pm. Once the Ceremony starts you will not be seated.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn in Valley Forge/Oaks and Tru By Hilton Audubon Valley Forge. Hotel block details can be found on the travel page.

Is there transportation to and from the venue from the hotel?

Answer

We have arranged for shuttle transportation between the Hampton Inn hotel and venue. The shuttles will make two trips to the venue leaving at about 5:10 and 5:40. At the end of the night, shuttles back to the hotel will start at 11pm and make trips every half hour. After 12:00 am, the shuttles will pick up at Molly Maguire's, the bar up the street from the venue and afterparty location. Last trip back to hotel will leave at 12:45 AM.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

The venue has dedicated on-site parking for guests. If you plan to drink please take advantage of the shuttles to the hotel or make other arrangements for getting home safely. If leaving your car overnight please note the parking lot will be locked 1 hour after the end of the event and will be reopened Sunday between 11am-3pm.

I'm not from the area and staying the weekend. What is there to do?

Answer

If you're staying the full weekend, we will be having welcome drinks Friday night in Phoenixville. The town has many shops and restaurants along Bridge Street, which the town closes to car traffic during weekends. There is also a Farmer's Market located next to the venue every Saturday morning. The hotel is minutes away from Valley Forge National Park, which has many walking/hiking trails along with historical tours and a museum. King of Prussia is near the hotel. There's a giant luxury mall there and also Top Golf. Within walking distance to the hotel, there's Arnold's Family Fun Center which has an arcade and bowling alley. Also within walking distance is an entrance to the Perkiomen Trail. If you plan to stay the day on Sunday, downtown Philadelphia is about 45 minutes away if you want to explore the city.

Due to space restrictions only those listed on the invitation are invited.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with your whole family, the only children invited are those in the wedding party.
