When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The earlier the better, but please RSVP by August 1, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive and be seated by 4:45 pm. We will be providing shuttle services from the Hampton Inn & suites (Gilroy) to the venue starting promptly at 4:15-4:40 pm and again at the end of the night from 10:45-11:15 pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adult only event with the exception of our nieces and nephews involved in our ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The golf course parking lot is open to all with ample spaces and if needed overnight parking is permitted per facility so long as they are retrieved at a reasonable hour the following day (10 AM ish). Also, our shuttle services can give you a ride back to the hotel after the event for your safe return :)
