Matron of Honor
Well I have known her all of her life and most of mine. It's kinda rough when your younger sister is taller than you, but I digress. We went from picking on each other in our younger years to sharing clothes in high school to calling each other for advice as we grew older. And then I recruited her to the same industry. I have been so lucky to have a sister close in age who also lives nearby so that we can get together frequently. I couldn't imagine not having her in our wedding as my MOH!
Best Man
The older brother who is the shorter, smarter version of me. Both growing up in Colorado Mike has been the traveler of the family, since high school he has lived in 5 different states. Currently residing in Atlanta, I am thrilled to have him come back home and stand up in my wedding.
Bridesmaid
My cousin who is basically a sister to Colleen and myself. Even though we have always lived in different states (except that 1 year) we have maintained a closeness with family vacations, letters to each other (some of which I still have) and of course just visits back and forth between Indiana and Colorado. She also treats me like a younger sister sometimes if you know what I mean. Whitney was actually the first family member to meet Nick.
Groomsman
Been hanging around this guy for over 20 years. Friends from high school that survived through college. TJ is the one who keeps us all young as he is the organizer of our major events. Whether it is our softball leagues, poker parties, or cabin trips he is the connection that keeps most of us together.
Bridesmaid
One of my best friends from college who I can't imagine life without! We met through my roommate in the dorms as they knew each other from high school. So many fun times at CSU (which I can't talk about). We lived together for a couple years and continue to get together with other college friends, book/wine club and our families.
Groomsman
Another friend from high school and college, he is also the roommate for the majority of our 20's. Nate is the cowboy of our group being a former bull rider. While he has been tamed in recent years he has remained a great friend and it has been a pleasure to watch him and his family grow.
Bridesmaid
The one who started it all, for whom we wouldn’t be here without! A fellow Rebel, Jasmine and I didn't know each other in high school though and it wasn't until a few years later through our mutual friend Jen that we met and became fast friends. From going out on the town, to being neighbors, our Vegas trips, being auntie to her dogs Sophie and Cooper and now being sushi and wine buddies. And then of course, she invited Nick and I over on the same day. Thanks beautiful!
Groomsman
The other friend from high school and college. While each of us has lived in different states we have always remained good friends. Now that we are all back in Colorado we have picked up we we left off. Pat is the golfer of the group and we have a healthy, competitive rivalry on the links. His family along with Nate's and a handful of others get season tickets for CSU football and each of them have welcomed Meghan to the group with open arms.
