The room block will auto release on Tuesday July 2, 2024. They will be required to use a valid credit card to complete the reservation and the hotel reserves the right to run a Pre-Authorization for One Night’s Room & Tax on the credit card provided during the reservation process. After the reservation is made, they are individually responsible for changing or canceling that particular reservation. Please note that there is a 48 Hour change/cancellation policy. Anyone requiring to change or cancel their reservation without a penalty will need to call the hotel at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. All changes or cancellations occurring inside the 48 Hour window are subject to a fee of $50.00 per reserved guestroom to the credit card on file. If for any reason you choose not to use the room block, please call/email and inform Sal or myself as soon as possible so we are not holding rooms that can be sold to another group.
