What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests may start arriving to the ceremony venue at 1:30pm at the earliest, but please arrive no later than 1:50pm sharp for a ceremony start of 2:00pm.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! Saint Joseph's Cathedral has a parking lot behind it towards the corner of Delaware and Church Street behind the Police Apartments. On Google Maps it is listed as #017 Cathedral Lot. The Buffalo History Museum also has a parking lot at the front of the building. When you arrive, be sure to follow the signs for cocktail hour out back!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage you to follow a formal dress code. However, given our outdoor setting and garden party theme please feel free to wear lighter color suits and colorful dresses (if desired)!

Is the reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! We will be having a seated dinner indoors and cocktail hour/dancing outdoors.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. Thank you for your understanding!

What can I do in space between ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be a couple hours between the ceremony and reception. Close to the church there is the upstairs terrace at Pearl Street Grill & Brewery, or head up Elmwood towards the reception venue for fun bars and restaurants like Forty Thieves Kitchen + Bar!
