What Date Should I RSVP By?

The sooner you let us know, the better! We understand that life happens, plans change, and not all guests will be able to RSVP far in advance. That being said, please RSVP by August 19th at the latest.

We adore your kids; however, we have decided to keep our wedding events adults only.

What Is The Dress Code?

Is There Parking At The Venue?

Answer

Yes. The Monte Bello has a large parking lot available for all guests.

Is There A Hotel Room Block Available For Us To Book?

Answer

Yes. We have a block of rooms available for out of town guests at The Westin Lombard. You can find their website and contact information under the Travel page on our website.

Are there Meal Options For Guests With Dietary Restrictions or Allergies?

Yes! We want everyone to have a good time. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP and we will provide you with a meal option that you can enjoy.

Can I Take Photos And Post To Social Media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. There will be a professional photographer to capture the moment and we want to make their job as easy as possible (and avoid floating cell phones in their photos). Once the ceremony is over, please do take as many photos as you'd like during the Cocktail Hour and Reception! Posting to social media is fine by us.

Can I Bring a Date?

If your invitation says "and Guest" you can bring a date. If not, we would prefer it was just you.

Will There Be An Open Bar?

How Close is the Venue to Downtown Chicago?

Answer

The wedding venue is about ~45 minutes (depending on traffic) outside of downtown Chicago in the southwest suburbs. If you are planning on staying in the city, please plan accordingly.

I only see one location on the invitation... is the reception in the same venue as the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue- no need to worry!

Will There Be A Shuttle?

Answer

Planning on it! There will be a shuttle from the Westin Hotel to the ceremony, and back again at the end of the night. It isn't far :) Note that if you stay elsewhere, you will have to work out transportation. The ceremony and reception are at the same venue, so no in between travel required.
