Semi-formal, cocktail attire! Please no jeans or denim. Ladies, think summer flowy dresses (mini, midi, knee-length, or full length), or a cute pant suit. Men, think sports coat and dress pants - tie optional.

YES! There will be a shuttle, only for our wedding, running to-from Hotel Madison and Sunny Slope Farm! It will operate on a 25 minute depart schedule. The shuttle is scheduled to leave the hotel at 5:15, 5:40, and 6:05 pm to Sunny Slope Farm. The shuttle will leave the wedding venue to return back to the hotel at 9:15, 9:40, and 10:05 pm.
We will be hosting a cocktail welcome from 5:30-6:10 pm at Sunny Slope Farm. Arrive anytime within that frame to grab a drink and some appetizers. From there, we will head into the reception around 6:10 pm to start the festivities! Please arrive by 6:10 pm to insure everyone is ready to head in and be seated for dinner.
As the weather allows, the cocktail hour will be outside on a back patio. The reception will be under a covered tent. There will be fans around the venue, and due to its mountainous location, there is always a light breeze to cool everybody.
We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than July 1st!
Our venue has free on-site parking. Parking attendants will be available to guide guests as they begin to arrive prior to the ceremony. There will also be a shuttle running from Hotel Madison to Sunny Slope, specifically for the Denlinger-O’Sullivan wedding! Please use this service
Matt and Meghan will make their goodbyes around 9:45, and the party will clear soon after. For those wanting to keep the party going, Hotel Madison (where the hotel block is) has a gorgeous lobby bar, and is located less than a quarter mile to downtown Harrisonburg with lots of downtown late night bars!
Yes! We will have an open bar for our guests! We will have lots of NA options/sodas/drinks, as well as alcoholic options.
We love your little ones - we really do! However, due to many factors including space and festivities, we respectfully request no children. This is an ADULT ONLY affair. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night with your significant other or enjoy a night out to yourself. We appreciate you making prior arrangements.
