Ceremony starts promptly at 4:30. Please arrive by 3:30 so we can whisk you from the parking lot to the ceremony site via hay ride. Don't worry... there will be a refreshments + a cocktail station while you wait for us to say "I Do".
We love your little ones, but we’re keeping this an adults-only celebration. The dance floor (and tequila) are for grown-ups only. Thanks so much for arranging a sitter and celebrating with us!
Yes! Semi-formal / cocktail — dressy, not black tie. Think chic dresses or jumpsuits; suits or sport coats (tie optional). No jeans/sneakers. If Mason & I have to dress up, so do all of you.
Yes, the ride's on us! We'll have a shuttle running from the hotel to the venue for the ceremony and back after the reception is over. Only a 10 minute drive.
Yes, parking! On-site for the ceremony and reception—same location, so no worrying about moving your car in-between. The parking attendants will direct you.
If a plus-one wasn’t listed on your invite, we’re not able to accommodate a date. We wish we could invite everyone, but space is tight—thanks for understanding!

The ceremony is outdoors. If it rains, we’ll move inside at the same venue. Rain or shine, the venue doesn’t change.
