I was ready to move back to my hometown, I packed up all my belongings and started the trip back up north. I was moving back. Once I arrived, I had a strong gut feeling that I had to move back literally, right then. (even after the 7 Hour drive) so yes, you guessed it, back down state I went! I had no idea how or why I did something so crazy but…. Now I do!! I also went right back to my job at Harding’s! (They needed me especially during that first month of Covid) but I did have to quarantine for a week first. (because this was basically the beginning of Covid time.) well, back at work, there was a new guy… he worked in the deli. He was very tall, and had beautiful, big green eyes. I was intrigued, lol. I asked a couple of my coworkers if they knew him or if he had a girlfriend. No one knew. He was shy, I guess. So, one day, I calmed my anxieties and went to the deli counter on my lunch, and ordered Mac and cheese. ( I wasn’t even hungry) haha. he was definitely flirting with me! I immediately started stalking him on social media… (oops) I added him on snap and he “accidentally” sent me his location… mmm-hmmm… we started talking right then. I knew I really liked him. Our first date was on my dad and Missy’s couch. (Stop it guys…remember it was peak Covid season, and nothing was open.!) he was very different, and I always wanted someone like my papa, he truly is one in a million so I never thought I’d find mine…. But you know what? Jamie IS that “2” in a million and now.. he’s all mine 🖤
