FAQs

Let’s Get Ready to Celebrate! All the essentials you’ll want to know before the big day!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP details and information will be included with formal invitations. We kindly ask that you please send your RSVP by March 5, 2026. After this date, we won’t be able to accommodate additional responses as we finalize all the details for our special day. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:30 PM to be seated comfortably, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please note, for the sake of all our guests and the flow of the ceremony, no one will be allowed to enter the chapel after it starts!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request formal attire for our wedding celebration. Think spring elegance—long dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and floral or pastel tones are all welcome. For gentlemen, suits or sports coat and slacks are appreciated. Please, no jeans or casual wear. Need some inspiration? Please see the “dress code” section of the website!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this special day with the people we love most. As much as we’d love to include everyone, we kindly ask that you limit your RSVP to only those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our celebration intimate!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones and love how much joy they bring—but for this special day, we’re keeping the celebration just for grown-ups. Think of it as a chance for you to relax, dress up, and enjoy a fun night out! We can’t wait to share this day with you!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the patio.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available on-site for all our guests to make arriving easy and convenient. We look forward to seeing you there!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos of the dinner and dance as you would like.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We'll have an open bar available during cocktail hour and throughout the reception. We hope you'll enjoy the drinks, and celebrate with us! That said, please drink responsibly and know your limits - we want everyone to have an amazing time and get home safely.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel room block at the Marriott at Champions Circle. Information can be found in the travel page. If no rooms are available when you try to book please text me and we will work to get that added.
