Our ceremony starts at 7:30 PM in The Loft at Madison South. 740 Madison Ave. Covington, KY 41011 Guests should arrive between 7:00 PM-7: 15 PM. Doors will close at 7:30 PM.
Immediately following the ceremony, guests will be directed to the Emerald Ballroom. Please be aware that the ceremony and reception spaces are not located in the same building, and guests will be guided by Madison staff on where to go for the reception. The buildings are on the same block, so it is a short walk. The reception will have a brief cocktail hour before we start the celebrations. Dinner and drinks will be served.
There is ample parking available 24/7 in the 7th Street Garage. In addition, Hotel Covington's valet service is available on Friday and Saturday evenings at Madison North (charges may vary).
Both the ceremony and reception spaces have elevator access for guests to use.
We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding.

The dress code is formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit.
