Meghan and Craig met on a dating app, and after talking for a couple of months Craig asked Meghan out on a date to meet in person. Their first date was spent walking around downtown Valparaiso, Indiana and chatting for hours. A month (!) later, Meghan asked Craig out on the second date and the rest is history. :)

Craig proposed on Christmas Day, in front of Meghan's family, with no escape plan if things went wrong :P In order to get Meghan out of the room so he could get down on one knee (Meghan was adamantly sitting in the middle of the floor and not moving anytime soon), Craig INSISTED Meghan put on her new ugly "Meowy Christmas" sweater he had gotten her. Finally Meghan gave in and left to put the sweater on, and when she came back around the corner, Craig was down on one knee and asked her to marry him. :) (She obviously said yes.)

They got off to a rocky start. Clooney was there first and he was really not okay with sharing Meghan's attention with ANYONE. But after living together for a couple of years, it's pretty clear that they love each other now. Clooney will even opt to cuddle with Craig instead of Meghan (mostly when he's mad at Meghan but oh well).
