Poolside Meet Up

This event is outside by the pool so swimsuits and cover-ups are encouraged!
We can't wait to kick off our wedding weekend with each of you. We have a cabana rented by the pool and encourage those that are already checked in or are checking in on Friday to come by and grab a drink with the bride, groom, family, and friends. Food and drinks will be available for order poolside.

Wedding Attire
Guests who are interested in charted transportation to the venue should meet in the hotel lobby at 3:45 PM. Transportation will also be provided at the end of the event to the hotel.
Meghan and Brett's Ceremony and Reception

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
We kindly ask that all guests take their seats at 4:50 pm to allow the bridal party to prepare for entrance into the chapel. Charter buses will be leaving from the Westin on the Waterway at 3:45 PM for those guests wanting transportation from the hotel to the venue. Guests that are not staying overnight at the hotel can also use this transportation option or drive to the venue.
