If your invitation says, “and Guest”, then yes. If it does not, then we meant for it to be just you.

Weather

Answer

Early June in the Shenandoah Valley ranges from 65–80 degree weather. The ceremony is planned to be outdoors, and reception and dancing indoors. However, the overflow can Fred Astaire their way outside as well. This is an evening event so consider those shawls and jackets.

Dress Code

Festive Casual Attire – cocktail party attire featuring bold colors or patterns, textured suites, and bright ties. Summer sundresses, khakis dress pants and collard shirts. We want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Once again, might consider those shawls and jackets for the cooler evening weather.

Parking & Shuttle Service

Answer

Resort – large selection of parking throughout 60-acre resort near all accommodations and activities. An onsite shuttle can transport guests around the entire resort for an additional fee and arranged by a mobile app. Venue – a large parking area is available for guests at venue for those that wish to drive. Venue is located approx. 10 minutes from the resort. Venue Shuttle – shuttle service has been arranged TO and FROM venue. 1st bus departs at 4:00pm located at Hotel #4. every 10 minutes after that. Last bus to Venue at 4:40pm. Buses only accommodate 14 people at a time so manage time accordingly. Buses will run between 4:00-5:00pm to vendue and return 10:00-11:00pm only.
