What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

If you are not taking the shuttle from the hotel, doors will open at the venue promptly at 4:30p.m. Free valet parking is available at the venue.

Is it indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting (fingers crossed), and the reception will be both indoor and outdoor!

When should I book the hotel?

Answer

The hotel has set aside a limited number of rooms on a first come, first serve basis. If you plan to book a room, please do so before Friday, August 8, 2025 using the link or code provided under the hotel tab.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

There will be transportation provided from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel after the reception. The first bus will leave the hotel at 4:00p.m. and the second bus will leave at 4:30p.m. Bus seating is a first come, first serve basis and will not wait for individuals to ensure events remain on schedule for optimal partying.

We are delighted to invite you to our special day. Please be aware that your invitation is for those listed and we unfortunately are unable to accommodate additional guests including children.

There will be a cash bar set up in the hotel lobby from 10:30p.m. to 1:30a.m.
