When should I RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP by Monday, January 12, 2026 so we can plan accordingly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a hotel block for guests — you’ll find all the details under the Travel tab. If you prefer to stay elsewhere, we recommend the Tampa Marriott Water Street for a great location and easy access to downtown attractions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available to the right of the Davis Island Garden Club in the marina area. A shuttle will also be provided for guests staying at the hotel block.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be available for guests staying at the hotel block to and from the ceremony and reception.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and dancing portion of the reception will be outdoors at the Davis Island Garden Club, with beautiful views of the water. The dinner portion of the evening will take place indoors in the venue’s charming event space. In case of rain, covered areas will be available.

What’s the weather like in February?

Answer

February in Tampa is usually sunny and mild, with average highs in the 70s. It’s perfect outdoor weather — though we recommend bringing a light jacket for the evening breeze.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask guest to wear semi-formal attire. Think cocktail dresses, dressy skirts or slacks, and collared shirts or suits. The ceremony and parts of the reception will be outdoors, so we recommend comfortable (but cute!) footwear.

If your invitation includes a plus-one, they’re absolutely welcome! If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and ask.

We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to keep our celebration adults-only so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We hope you’ll take this as a chance for a fun night out!

What should I do in Tampa while I’m there?

Answer

There’s plenty to explore nearby! Take a walk or rent a scooter along the Tampa Riverwalk, which connects many of the city’s best spots. Check out Armature Works for great food and riverfront views, or head to Sparkman Wharf for open-air eats, drinks, and a laid-back atmosphere. You’ll find more suggestions on our “Things to Do” tab!
