How will the couple be addressed following the wedding?

Answer

Mr. Richard Burnham and Mrs. Meghan Bostian-Burnham. If you’d like to address cards or personalize any items please keep in mind that the bride will not be dropping her last name and is opting to hyphenate instead.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone, including you, can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. If you need child care recommendations for the area please reach out to Meghan as soon as possible!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We do have one special request, Meghan’s late father was known for his bow ties and we would love for any one who would like to wear one in his honor.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior so that you can find a seat. If you do arrive late, you will be asked to wait outside until the ceremony ends.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We respectfully ask that you refrain from using your cell phones or cameras in order to be fully present with us during this time. We have hired two amazing photographers and we promise to share the images they capture! With that being said, once cocktail hour starts feel free to snap your own shots and use the hashtag #HunkOfBurnhamLove on social media so we can keep track of the fun!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors, cocktail hour will be held outdoors in between.

Question

What happens if I drink too much and can’t drive home?

Answer

Our venue is graciously offering to allow overnight parking in the event that you are unable to safely drive yourself home. We get it, things happen. If you do need to leave your vehicle please note that it must be picked up between 8 am and 11 am the following morning.
