When is the RSVP deadline?

We're requesting a relatively tight RSVP turnaround of July 31st!

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM sharp, followed by cocktails and reception, all taking place at River House Vineyard & Winery. We ask that guests arrive no earlier than 3:30 PM. Dinner service is anticipated to conclude around 8:30 PM, last call will be at 12:30 AM. Dinner, drinks & late-night food will be provided. A more detailed itinerary will be available on our wedding day.

Will the wedding day events take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony & cocktails will be outside, unless there is severe inclement weather. The reception will be inside. Historical temperatures in the area range from 10°C to 22°C, we recommend checking the forecast a few days before to ensure you'll be comfortable in your attire.

What menu options are there for people with dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will be coordinating with the venue to ensure that everyone's dietary restrictions are respected - please ensure to include any restriction in your RSVP response!

Is personal photography allowed?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be an unplugged event. Otherwise, you are welcome to take your own photographs. We have hired a wedding photographer to capture the couple's & guest's experience. As such, we ask that you keep photographs of key moments in the hands of the professionals.

Are there any colours the couple would prefer guests not to wear?

Answer

Aside from the obvious white/ivory gowns, we are not looking to limit what our guests can wear! However, if you're hoping not to clash with the wedding party, they will be wearing hues of brown & reds.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

If you would like to honor us with a gift or card, you can have it brought to the reception or delivered to our home (our address is listed in our registry). Note that we will be out of the country on our honeymoon until Sunday, October 4th, please plan gift deliveries accordingly!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the cocktail event and reception (following dinner service).

Will the wedding be kid-friendly?

Answer

We're open to welcoming young children at our wedding. If you'd like for your young kids to join you & they are not listed on the RSVP page, please reach out to us!
