Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We booked a hotel block at the Hyatt Regency Reston, which is within walking distance of the reception location. Standard king or double rooms are $139 per night (plus 13% tax). This block is available until March 25th, 2022. Please see the Travel section for the link and discount code.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the seated dinner is expected to begin (6:30pm) to make sure we can get the party started on time.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

If you do not plan on staying at the Hyatt, we recommend parking in the Orange or Red garage in Reston Town Center. Parking is free after 5:00pm Monday-Friday, and free on weekends. If you plan to stay at the Hyatt, self parking is $10 per night.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or sportscoat.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options for dinner?

Yes, our menu will accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions.
