Question

Will travel be required from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Almquist Farm.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at Treasure Island or the GrandStay Hotel & Suites Hastings a shuttle bus will be available. The shuttle will pick guest up from both hotels before the ceremony and will run return trips throughout the night. A schedule is posted under the 'Travel' and 'Schedule' pages on the website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking at Almquist Farm. Guests are able to leave their vehicles over night and pick them up the next day between 9 am and 12 pm. Note the venue gate will not open until 9 am on Sunday morning. Please plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is encouraged.

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

We plan to have the ceremony outdoors. In case of poor weather, the ceremony will be held in the reception space, which is indoors.
