We met in college at UNC Charlotte in 2015. We were taking the same class with a couple of our friends, Bijal and Jay. They introduced us after the class. We were quick to become friends and eventually our relationship progressed.

When it was time to pop the question, Deepan thought of Megha's passion of the outdoors, water and rooftops. So, doing a surprise yacht proposal in Miami with the skyline background was the best idea! Deepan said a lot of loving words when he got on one knee but Megha's "YES!" was the highlight of the proposal.
