If you are arriving from Ninoy Aquino International Airport or NAIA in Manila, there is a public bus service available to Pampanga. Note that this is a three hours travel time, subject to traffic.
We highly suggest that you book accommodation in Angeles City, Pampanga the night before the wedding.
