Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by July 10th! Additionally, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, where you'll be staying, and any songs that will get you on the dance floor!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
As much we would love to invite as many guests as possible, to keep within the venue's capacity limit, we kindly ask guests to refrain from bringing additional guests unless indicated in the invite. If you have any concerns or questions please reach out to us!

Are kids welcome?

Yes! All guests with children should be listed on the invite.

Do you have any hotel room blocks available?
Answer
Yes! We have reserved room blocks at 2 hotels. See the "Travel" page for more details. The last date to book from the hotel blocks is July 15th and July 16th respectively, before the rooms will be released to the public.

Will there be transportation?
Answer
Yes! We’ve arranged Uber vouchers to help you get to and from the venue. You can use the following link to open or download the Uber app and automatically apply the voucher: https://r.uber.com/RERWPJXNRQA If you already have the Uber app, simply enter the following code under the payment section to add the voucher: RERWPJXNRQA The voucher provides up to $25 off each ride.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive to the venue no earlier than 3:30PM. The ceremony will begin prompty at 4PM.

Will there be parking?
Answer
Yes! There are multiple parking lots at the venue, as well as roadside parking available close by. Guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal! Here is a guide for semi-formal attire if you are unsure what to wear: https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-semi-formal Ties and Jackets are optional (we understand it's an outdoor wedding in August, so we want you to be comfortable). The bridesmaid's dress color will be lilac! Since the ceremony will be outdoors on grass, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

Is the wedding held indoor or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors on grass, unless there is inclement weather. There are trails at the venue where guests can freely explore after the ceremony is over until sunset. Additionally, there is also a campfire pit that can be lit (as long as there is constant supervision)! The reception will be mainly held indoors, with covered outdoor space for cocktail hour. Be sure to check out the Slideshow room as well as the Sphere room!
