What's the transportation look like?

SFO and OAK are the major airports in The Bay, and are roughly 1.5 hrs from the venue. STS in Sonoma is much smaller but only about 3o minutes away from the venue. Rental cars and carpooling are recommended. There are limited taxi/commercial rideshare options near the venue.

How about lodging?

Answer

Lodging at the venue is limited and immediate family will be prioritized, with booking in our hotel room block available beginning November 1st, 2025. However, there are many close options. In Monte Rio, the Highland Dell Lodge is a few steps down the road from our venue. There is also the Inn on the Russian River in Monte Rio, on the opposite bank and less than a 5 minute drive away. Guerneville, which is about a 10 minute drive up the river, has unique options as well such as The Cottages on River Road. Santa Rosa has many hotels, B&Bs and VRBO/AirBNB options but is closer to a 30-40 minute drive away.

Are kids invited?

We adore all of your little humans, but we’re keeping our wedding day adults-only. Think of it as a night off to eat, drink, and dance with us!

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail/semi-formal attire. Wedding will be outdoors, so would not recommend to wear a super thin heel as the ceremony and dinner will be held over grass. Heel protectors recommended for stillettos! Temperatures may drop to the low 50s in the evening, so it is highly recommended to bring at least a light layer to keep warm.
