Dear Family and Friends, We have made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding celebration yet again due to the coronavirus outbreak. We will keep you updated regarding our wedding details. Love, Megan and Mike Megan and Mike's story began back in 2008 when they were in high school. They were both out with friends when Mike saw Megan and thought she was the most beautiful girl in the room. They exchanged phone numbers, but just a few weeks later, they were both off to college - Megan at the University of Vermont and Mike at Marquette in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Fast forward four years. Megan's close friend, Genevieve, asked her to meet at a local bar called Halligans, where Genevieve would be meeting up with some of her high school friends. Mike just so happened to be one of those high school friends. As most of you know, Mike goes by "Gags," and this was something Megan didn't remember. He reintroduced himself to Megan as "Gags" and still had her phone number from their original introduction in 2008. The two hit it off and spent a lot of time together, getting to know each other. Mike took Megan on their first date to a Blackhawks ice hockey playoff game. After the Blackhawks won, Mike agreed with Megan that she was his good luck charm. A short time later, Mike knew he wanted to be together with Megan and asked her to be his girlfriend. Of course Megan was over the moon and the rest is history! They have been together for 5 1/2 years and have never been happier or more in love. They have travelled the world together, gone on many adventures and can't wait to get married!
