The dress code is "festive" or "smart casual". Think brunch attire, like an elevated casual, but we don't have any strict rules. Since the ceremony is outside we recommend shoes that are very stable (since it in unpaved and on the edge of a canyon). If you are really want to make sure you get pictures in stilettos, please bring other shoes to walk around. I really don't want an accident.
Short standing ceremony followed by light cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. There will additionally be a dinner reception at Mather Campground.
The reception will have an early dinner with beer and wine served around the campfire. If you would like to have mixed drinks, you can BYOB, but please be respectful!
The Park has frequent shuttles that go around the park, and also to the hotels outside the park. Additionally, when we get back our RSVPs in May, we will send out an email and post on the website about specifically how people can get to the ceremony site, once we are more sure about numbers.
