Susie has known the bride for the longest of these ladies and has shared a room with her for a good part of the bride’s life. They grew up together always being mistaken as twins (Susie loved this, Meganne did not). But on this day there is no one else Meganne would want to co-captain the day with twins or not.

Amanda “Manda” Stoltz

Maid of Honor

Amanda or better known to Meganne as Manda is Meganne’s long term best friend. These two grew up and became adults together from high school through college and Meganne even followed Manda (a year behind because someone couldn’t decide what she wanted to do with her life) to graduate school to become Occupational Therapists together. Even though most of the US separates them now, every time they are together it’s like a day never passed. Okay? Alright. Okay. Alright.

Jessie O’Shield

Meganne’s go-to mom. “How do I know when my water breaks?”...never mind he (Griffin) is here. Jessie and Meganne met at HealthSouth. Jessie a Speech Pathologist and Meganne an OT. It was like love at first sight. One question about a doctor recommendations and she knew Meganne was pregnant before she ever even told anyone. And from then on out it was the good, the bad, and the ugly of motherhood. This turned into a lifetime friend. Not to mention these two share a birthday so it was like meant to be.

Amanda “Panda” Levett

Amanda and Meganne met through Jessie at HealthSouth. And this too was a meant to be relationship. Amanda just gets Meganne. She gets it. Humor, smarts, love this girl has it all. Meganne knows if she needs a mental break she knows she can always go to Amanda. Amanda has loved Meganne’s family like her own and Meganne will forever feel like a member of her family. Head bump. Love you mean it.

Jamie Weaver

Jamie has been Meganne’s friend through some of her trying years...her years of finding her independence. Meganne moved away from family, friends, a job, and school to Virginia Beach where she knew no one. She got a job and became friends with her boss (now friend!) and he introduced her to his then girlfriend. Jamie became one of Meganne’s best friends. They have been through a lot of “real time” talks and tears and that is why she is one of the closest friends Meganne will ever have. Meganne has loved watching Jamie get married and being there for the birth of their son. Not a day goes by that Meganne wishes they were closer to hang out on the couch in jammies with a blanket and make funfetti cake!

Amy is the better half to Meganne’s brother Dave. Meganne knew of Amy before there was a “Dave and Amy” ... Meganne will never forget the time Dave visited her in MD and spoke of this ER nurse while playing board games and somehow Meganne knew this was a meant to be kind of relationship. While Amy may live 3000 miles away she has loved Meganne’s brother and kiddos like Meganne has always hoped for.
