You are Invited...

We met through Hayden's sister, Natalie. Megan and Natalie had been friends for years before Nat decided it might be okay to expose her way-too-handsome of a brother to her way-too-cool of a friend, Megan when they both volunteered to help at mile 73 of the Ultra Marathon Race, Pine to Palm. They shared whiskey, a lot of laughs and stayed up watching racers pass the mile-mark until 8 in the morning. The first picture on this home page was taken by Hayden's film camera of Mount Ashland on this morning. It was summer love within a couple of months and next thing you know, they spent every weekend together while Megan moved to Truckee and Hayden was living in Sacramento. They became inseparable and cannot wait to tackle this life together forever.

It was Christmas at Mount Hood, Oregon with the Sahnow family. Hayden had been pocketing Megan's engagement ring for a few months now and planned to surprise her with a Christmas day proposal. The day after Christmas, the Sahnow's and Megan were all skiing together on Timberline and Hayden posed a "family picture". Before anybody could say cheese, Hayden had dropped to his knees to ask if Megan would spend the rest of her life with him. After she said yes, the two took "victory laps" on skis until the mountain closed down for the day.
