While we love all of your littles, mini's and grown up children, to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation and celebration, we have chosen our wedding to be an adults-only event. If your child is invited, their name will be directly listed on the invitation and available in the RSVP. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Please contact Megan or Jordan for individual related concerns.

Answer
Onsite parking at our venue is available for those driving, although if desired please utilize our shuttle to and from the venue. We encourage those who like to drink to enjoy your night with us and utilize our provided shuttle. If guests would like to drive themselves to the venue and leave your vehicles parked overnight, vehicles are required to be removed strictly by 9:00 AM the next morning.

If nearby hotels is not your desired preference, please check out our Where to Stay tab for some other options that include hotels and airbnb's outside of Leduc. Please note our shuttles will be picking up and dropping off only at the Wyndham Garden in Leduc. Those who would like to choose other staying arrangements will be responsible for getting themselves to and from the venue. Please note there are many campgrounds in the area if this is a preferred staying arrangement, although please double check the campground rules as many close their gates by 11pm at night and you will not be able to re enter past this time of night.

Ladies and Gents dress to impress! Save your hoodies for rainy days cause we'd love to see your Sunday best! Please keep in mind our entire wedding day will be flowing between outside and inside. To be mindful of our beautiful venue that has lots of grass and fields, ladies please consider leaving your stilettos at home and choosing a wedge or block heel option if this is the style you prefer. If you have your heart set on your favourite stilettos, consider heading to amazon and finding some heel protectors to save the grass and your heels. Please refrain from wearing white or shades of white and ivory. Thank you

We would love to include everyone’s loved ones, and significant others, although due to the high costs of weddings in 2025, and the desire to keep our guest list limited to our closest family and friends, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones or those not directly listed on invitations. If your significant other is invited their name will be visible when you RSVP. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Please drink responsibly, but feel free to drink often. Just remember the bar is cash only, so bring your bills and your best dance moves! Look for the bartenders to purchase your tickets for our two toonie bar. Please note there is no ATM at the venue
