2020 was off to an amazing start - an epic ski season here in Colorado, with many trips already in the books, including Upton's surprise 30th in Beaver Creek. With so much to look forward to - Meg turning 30 in April and our wedding this summer. March changed quickly with the impact of COVID-19. We canceled our trip home to Michigan to celebrate our wedding shower and Meg's grandpa's 80th. Ski resorts closed and stay at home orders went into effect. After 8 weeks stuck at home together, we are now more in love than ever before, and with a long engagement, we really can't imagine pushing the wedding off any longer. Although not ideal, we have decided to have an intimate wedding at Meg's parent's home this summer on our original date, July 11th - which is a special day to us as it's also Betsy and Woody's anniversary. This is a big change from our initial plans, and we will miss every bit of what our dream wedding entailed, but it is the right decision for us given the current situation. We love you all very much and look forward to celebrating with each of you very soon! XO, Meg & Upton
