Sunset Happy Hour - Bienvenidos a Mexico!

Attire: Casual. We'll be on the sand, so keep that in mind for footwear, and it might get chilly after the sun goes down so an optional extra layer is encouraged.
Let's enjoy some sunset cocktails after every gets settled! We'll have an open bar and canapés for our guests. Larger meals will also be available for purchase. The best thing to do is just to put "Amaya Playa San Pedrito" into Google Maps and follow the GPS (Google Maps and Apple Maps work just fine down there). Note: on the map it looks like you'll be driving into the water. You won't. Poolside Hang

Vibe: We'll relax by the pool, and enjoy some music, the company, and the sun. Come and go as you like! Food/Drink: We'll have a local vendor cooking up a variety of quesadillas for all (with a vegetarian option) on us. Drinks - both alcoholic and NA - will be available for purchase - CASH ONLY. You're also welcome to BYOB! Directions: from the main drag of downtown Todos Santos (aka Calle Benito Juárez/Todos Santos - La Paz/México Highway 19) - head North (toward La Paz) - turn left on Av. Baby Sea Turtle Release

February in Todos Santos is turtle hatching season! Totugueros Las Playitas, a local eco-preservation non-profit, guides volunteers at sunset to help the hatchlings make it to the ocean. They do a release most days in February so we are hoping to be lucky enough to participate! After we hang by the pool for the afternoon, we will head to the beach nearby where can help release the baby sea turtles into the big blue, watching the sun set over the Pacific as they start their journey in the world. We will have some loose transportation arranged from Casa Del Toro, but planning your own transportation is encouraged. Guests should make their own dinner arrangements after the release is completed around 7/7:30pm. Goodbye Hugs

Our Airbnb is right on the beach. We will be hanging a lot of the day - please come say goodbye as you head out of town if you have time! If you'd like to get your toes in the sand plan your footwear accordingly and pack some SPF :) We will have coffee and some light bites (bagels, pastries) available in the morning. Directions: Google Maps also knows where this one is, just search for "Casa Punta Lobos". SUV or vehicle with high clearance recommended for this road. It's a sandy road that in some places has the tire tracks worn down creating a berm in the middle of the road. It's not dangerous or anything, just seems like a regular sedan might scrape its undercarriage.
