Hotel
We have a room block at the Bluebird in Dennis Port - it's not far from our ceremony but rooms may fill up so book soon if you're planning on staying at a hotel! To book, don't forget to mention you're part of the Galloway-Olkowski wedding block.
Flight
The closest airport to West Harwich is Cape Cod Gateway (HYA), which services local connections (CapeAir) from Boston's Logan International (BOS) and JetBlue from JFK or LGA in NYC. Flights to Hyannis are very convenient if coming from NYC, but get pricey if booking last-minute. Friends and family traveling from outside NYC may opt to take their favorite major airline from their home airport to Boston, then fly to Hyannis via CapeAir. Alternatively, guests looking to avoid Boston traffic may fly into T.F. Green International Airport (PVD) in Providence, Rhode Island, which is roughly the same distance from Logan.
Train
While Amtrak is an option for getting to Boston, there is no route that goes directly to the Cape - you'll have to transfer at South Station to the CapeFLYER or to the Plymouth and Brockton Bus. The CapeFLYER’s weekend passenger train service is offered Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays with transportation to Hyannis from South Station. If this is the best option for you, note that the Friday train arrives late, at 8:20pm, so you'll likely want to head directly to the hotel for check-in, and we'll see you Saturday!
Rental Car
Guests are welcome to rent a car and drive from any of the nearby airports, however, it is not necessary, as transportation will be provided during the wedding weekend. The cheapest and most flexible option for getting to the Cape from our international airports (BOS, PVD) are the Peter Pan or Plymouth & Brockton bus. You'll get get on at the main terminal at PVD or at the Lower Level outside Terminals A, B, C and E at the sign that reads “Scheduled Buses”, in the orange zone at BOS. The bus will drop you at the Hyannis Transportation Center, from where you can take a quick ~20 minute Uber/Lyft to West Harwich.
